A one-month window starting August 24 lands almost exactly on the September 24 Steam date, so the two listings describe one coherent plan rather than two competing releases.

The Early Access build is explicitly not finished. The same listing names three areas under active work: Korean localisation QA, general bugs inside and outside the game, and UI/UX issues. If you buy in early, you are buying a build the studio is still repairing.

The mobile point is worth stating plainly because search results for this game include pages about a mobile app. There is no official mobile release. Any “magus circle apk” or “android download” result refers to a different product that happens to share part of the name.
